Venetian Plaster in Boca Raton — Luxury Estate Finishes
Boca Raton is one of South Florida’s most affluent communities — known for its luxury estates, country clubs, and high-end residential architecture. Venetian plaster is a natural fit for this market. It adds Old World elegance and warmth while providing durability in Florida’s humid climate.
From estate homes in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club to modern residences in Mizner and downtown Boca, Venetian plaster elevates interiors in a way that signals quality and craftsmanship. It’s the finish of choice for homeowners who care about detail and durability.
Exotic Wall Finishes has been applying Venetian plaster in Boca Raton since 2015. Our founder, Gian Carlo Sagasti, is a Novacolor Global Ambassador (2017) and has been working with Italian lime plasters since 2003.

Why Venetian Plaster Works in Boca Raton
Luxury Aesthetic
Venetian plaster’s polished, marble-like finish is ideal for Boca Raton’s luxury estates. It reads as sophisticated and timeless — and it complements both Mediterranean and modern architecture.
Humidity Resistance
Lime is breathable and alkaline. It prevents mold and mildew growth — critical in Florida’s humid climate, where paint and wallpaper can fail.
Durability
Venetian plaster is harder and more durable than paint. It resists scratches, stains, and impact. In high-end homes, it holds up year after year.
Timeless Aesthetic
Boca Raton homeowners value craftsmanship and timeless design. Venetian plaster delivers both — it reads as elegant today and will continue to in 20 years.
Adds Value
In Boca Raton’s competitive luxury market, high-end finishes differentiate listings. Venetian plaster communicates craftsmanship and quality to buyers.
