Information You Send Us
The enquiry forms on this site do not transmit anything to a server we control. When you submit one, your browser opens your own email application with the details you entered already filled in, and nothing is sent until you choose to send that email yourself.
We therefore receive your name, email address, phone number where you provide it, and whatever you write about your project — in the same way we would receive any other email. We use it only to answer your enquiry and to carry out any work you go on to commission, and we keep it in our email records for as long as we need it for that purpose.
Analytics
We use an analytics script provided by Ocean Wave Web to understand which pages are read and how visitors move through the site.
It records technical and usage information such as the pages you view, the approximate region you are visiting from, your browser and device type, and the site that referred you. We use this only in aggregate, to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
Third-Party Services
Some parts of this site load content from other companies, and those companies receive your IP address as a result of your browser requesting that content.
