Our Venetian Plaster Process in Aventura

  1. Consultation

    Site visit (or video consultation for remote owners) to assess the unit, lighting, and design intent.

  2. HOA Coordination (if needed)

    We provide documentation, insurance certificates, and scheduling information required by the building.

  3. Surface Preparation

    Repair cracks and imperfections. Prime with an alkali-resistant primer.

  4. Base Coats

    Apply 2–3 base coats of lime putty.

  5. Finish Coats

    Apply 2–3 layers of pigmented Venetian plaster, burnished to desired sheen.

  6. Sealing and Inspection

    Seal with breathable sealer. Walk the project with the client and provide care instructions.
